On December 9, 2025, a meeting was held by the 5th-grade homeroom teachers on the topic: “How to listen to children’s opinions and respond effectively?”

Purpose of the meeting:

1. To develop a culture of listening to children’s viewpoints
2. To strengthen the bond of trust between father and child
3. To teach effective response methods, showing understanding and support

The meeting included an in-depth discussion of the father’s role in child upbringing, improving family communication, active listening, and proper response skills.

A survey was also conducted regarding father–child relationships, suggestions, and participants’ opinions.

During the session:

— the meaning of the phrase “A father educates not with words, but with actions” was explained;

— it was emphasized that no school can replace a father’s upbringing;

— it was highlighted that paying attention to children, listening to their thoughts, and engaging in meaningful conversations are essential duties of every father.

Family–school collaboration is the solid foundation of a child’s future!
