1 Psychological Service Plan

 

“Psychological Diagnostics” – is a set of methods and techniques aimed at identifying a person’s psychological characteristics.

Goals of Psychological Diagnostics:
To monitor the child’s psychological development

To identify difficulties at an early stage (e.g., anxiety, decreased interest in learning)

To provide support considering individual personality traits

To promote effective communication between student, parent, and teacher

To assist in career guidance and choosing a future profession (especially in high school)

Rules of Psychological Diagnostics:
1. Confidentiality.
All information obtained during psychological diagnostics is strictly confidential.
Data about the student is not shared with third parties (other students, parents, teachers).
Results may be shared only with the school psychologist, parents (if necessary), and the class teacher — upon mutual agreement.

2. Parental Consent.
Psychological diagnostics are conducted only with the consent of parents or legal guardians.

It is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan
dated April 29, 2025, No. 92,
“On the approval of the Rules for the activities of the psychological and pedagogical support service in educational organizations,”
registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 30, 2025, No. 36047.

In cases requiring individual or in-depth research, written permission is obtained.
Through the consent form, parents confirm that:

  • they are informed of their child’s participation in the assessment,
  • they agree to the confidential handling of the results,
  • they have the opportunity to receive feedback from the psychologist.
