Practical Seminar: Experience, Ideas, Discussion
On January 5, 2026, a meaningful practical seminar titled
“Regulatory and Legal Foundations of Educational Work: Creative Management and Effective Organization”
was held at Zh. Zhabayev Secondary School-Gymnasium No. 4.
The seminar was attended by deputy principals for educational work and class teachers. Participants shared experiences on key topics such as:
-the role of regulatory documents in the educational system,
-prevention of offenses,
-creative planning of educational activities,
-clear action algorithms for class teachers.
During the practical session, participants worked in groups, presented posters, and proposed algorithms based on real-life situations. Open discussion, learning from one another, and generating new ideas became the core value of the seminar.
