At our school, a business game for mathematics teachers titled "Batyr, Aydahar and Sykyrshy" was held.
The speaker of the event was A.T. Nurbayeva
During the game, participants explored the student's learning journey through metaphorical roles:
Batyr – represents the student,
Aydahar – symbolizes the student's fears, insecurities, and challenges,
Sykyrshy – represents the teacher who guides, supports, and motivates the student.
The discussion highlighted the importance of supporting students, building their confidence, and the teacher's role as an inspiring mentor.
The outcome of the game emphasized that a teacher is not only a source of knowledge, but also a person who inspires, supports, and leads students forward.
