On April 28, 2026, within the framework of the "Pedagogical Support for Parents" initiative, a "Unified Open Day" was organized.

For parents of grades 1–4, educational psychologist and young specialist Fariza Kuatbekova delivered a presentation on the topic "Digital Safety and Protecting Children in Public Environments."

For parents of grades 5–9, Arshagul Moshke (@arshagul.moshke) conducted a psychological training session on "Developing a Child's Stress Resilience within the Family."

The training was conducted in a free and open format, allowing parents to actively participate. Parents shared their thoughts, discussed concerns related to child upbringing, expressed their views, and exchanged experiences.

Through open dialogue, parents had the opportunity to listen to, understand, and support one another.

The aim of the training was to demonstrate ways to develop a child's emotional resilience, explain the role of the family in overcoming difficulties, and highlight the importance of parental support and proper guidance.

During the training, theoretical knowledge was combined with practical exercises. Parents completed engaging tasks applicable to everyday life and learned to regulate their emotions through short relaxation exercises.

In addition, the importance of emotions, energy, and empathy was thoroughly explained. Practical examples illustrated how to support a child through empathy - understanding their inner world—and by properly directing emotions and energy.

The training not only broadened parents' perspectives but also increased their sense of responsibility in child upbringing and encouraged the exchange of experiences.
