School – student – parent: one goal, shared responsibility
While school is a place of learning for a child, family is their first and most important source of support. Only when the school and family understand each other and work towards a common goal can a child move forward with confidence.
Today, our school held a general parent meeting for parents of students in Grades 1–4.
During the meeting, important issues concerning child development, trust between the school and parents, shared values, and joint responsibility were discussed.
Speaking on the topic “Shared Values – Shared Responsibility – Shared Results,” the school principal emphasised the importance of partnership with parents.
E. Tulbakan, Deputy Principal for Educational Affairs, informed parents about the school’s internal rules, school uniform requirements, educational standards, and extracurricular learning opportunities.
School psychologist M. Arshagul spoke with parents on the topic “Primary School Adaptation: Parental Support and Trust in the Child.” She highlighted the importance of listening to children, supporting them, and believing in their abilities.
Behind every child’s achievement are parents who believe in them, a teacher who guides them, and a school that supports them.
Our greatest priority is to ensure that every child feels safe, confident, and happy at school.
